Do you have to have insurance to be a patient?
You do not need insurance to be a patient. We strongly recommend having at least catastrophic insurance coverage for medical issues that we are unable to address. Nobody plans to have medical emergencies and even the healthiest people can get into car accidents, and this is where insurance is the best fit to make sure you are covered in the event life disregards your plans to live healthy.
What About The Medications, Tests, Or Referrals That You Order? Will Insurance Still Pay For Those Things Even Though You Don’t Accept Insurance?
Many insurance plans cover medications, tests, and outside referrals or specialists. Check with your insurance carrier to identify what is covered in your plan outside of the routine lab tests that are included in your monthly fee.

What if I want to pay when i need to see you?
No. We do not operate as an urgent care facility. Our model is different, and more like being a member at a gym. We want to create relationships with our patients for the long haul. You must pay the membership fee so that you have access to medical care when you need it, in whatever manner is most convenient for you. This is part of the benefit, members have priority access to your doctor, and don't have to fight the masses whenever a health issue arises.
How Old (Young) do I need to be?
As long as you are between 0 and 135 years old, you are eligible!

Can I cancel my membership?
